Job Description

We are looking for future Area Managers who want to grow into leadership positions. This full‑time, salaried role offers an annual salary range of $52,000 – $75,000 and an exciting opportunity to lead our store operations, drive sales and culture, and set the standard for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store and hold the team accountable for all operations, safety, training, and culture.
• Ensure every store policy and procedure is followed 100% of the time.
• Oversee people, operations, sales, and profits and optimize each area for business success.
• Lead by example and inspire the crew to follow your practices.
• Manage all aspects of the store, including promotion of a promote‑within mentality and cross‑training within roles.
• Coordinate with franchise leadership to set performance goals and achieve franchise standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to smile and have fun at work.
• Clean background check.
• At least 18 years old with a 1‑year safe driving history.
• Reliable vehicle (car or truck) and valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently residing near the store location.
