Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the regional sales manager, ensure the store runs smoothly and the team provides the best possible customer service.
• Meet objectives and maintain corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance and visual presentation.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; motivate your team and help them shine.
• Plan work schedules, manage absences and lateness, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop inventory management and visual merchandising plans; collaborate with mall administration.
