La Vie en Rose is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead store teams in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service across Sales, HR, Marketing/Visual, and Administration functions.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with retail experience, a passion for lingerie and swimwear, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work holidays or longer hours during busy periods. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
• Interest in clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Natural leader who motivates a team and communicates well.
• Sociable, good communicator and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Support management in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards.
• Lead Sales, Human Resources, Marketing/Visual Presentation, and Administration tasks with your team.
• Train and develop staff, manage attendance and absences, recruit and train new employees.
