Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Yankton, SD is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and safety. You will lead, develop, and motivate staff while driving sales and profitability in a competitive marketplace.

The role focuses on growing market share by serving commercial contractors and retail customers, building product knowledge, and partnering with sales reps for outside calls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
