Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop all store staff.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork; motivate staff to improve performance.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to store employees; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Develop and execute site level operating budget; maximize store profitability.
• Monitor inventory and pricing; maintain product mix to drive sales.
• Oversee customer service program and ensure a warm customer experience.
