• Workforce Management and Development: recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop all store staff.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork; motivate staff to improve performance.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching; conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure all store employees follow company policies and payroll reporting.
• Post work schedule per Company policy.
• Financials and Sales: develop and execute site level operating budget; improve profitability.
• Maximize store sales and gasoline volume; monitor prices and inventory to increase sales.
• Ensure proper product mix and inventory levels; stock shelves and coolers.
• Minimize cash and inventory loss; adhere to shrink targets and laws.
• Prepare required paperwork and audit procedures.
• Customer Service: provide the best customer experience; greet customers and promote specials.
• Safety & Station Appearance: minimize safety risks; ensure training and compliance; maintain safety and security.
