Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrinkage.
• Recruit, train, and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing.
• Focus on Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company programs and policies.
• Maintain high customer service standards and execute action plans for store initiatives.
