Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Manager for our new Belgrade location. The role leads store operations, delivers outstanding customer service, and supervises staff to achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory control, scheduling, training new employees, maintaining store security, and ensuring compliance with Town Pump standards. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the location, answer inquiries, and assist customers.
• Make supervisory decisions consistent with Town Pump standards and procedures.
• Complete daily bookwork recording employee information, inventory, and sales.
• Maintain store security, cash, fuel, inventories, and merchandise.
• Hire, train, orient new employees and discipline when needed.
• Order and merchandise stock, price, stock, display, and rotate inventories.
• Perform store maintenance, light repairs, and bank deposits.
