Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multiunit store operation and guide a retail team to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, respond to questions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Oversee store environment, merchandising, and adherence to company initiatives.
• Process guest transactions accurately using POS and ensure excellent service.
• Communicate with guests via in‑store and phone channels; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Promote and train on GameStop guest benefits and reservations programs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop associates; ensure onboarding and policy compliance.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and verify hours; enforce breaks and safety guidelines.
• Ensure Omni‑Channel orders are fulfilled and shipments are accurate and timely.
• Maintain store safety, loss prevention, and asset protection practices.
• Lead team to achieve sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete administrative duties.
