Job Overview

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and positive leaders to represent our brand, develop sales teams focused on increasing profits, and enhance customer and employee satisfaction. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thrive in a commission-driven environment, and aspire to build a career within our organization. All applicants will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a management role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting new employees.
• Meet sales goals and performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
• Achieve financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, well-maintained, and customer-ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses, performing financial analysis to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and manage all received funds and handle banking responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environments.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds unaided.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
