OXXO USA is seeking an energetic Store Manager with Food Service to lead a Subway-branded retail location. You will supervise in-store preparation, ensure quality and freshness, and drive friendly service that aligns with Subway standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory and labor, and maintaining health and safety compliance while achieving budget and KPI targets. A dynamic leader with strong communication will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience working in a food service or retail food environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance.
• Previous leadership experience (preferred).
• Basic skills of Excel, Office, Outlook and Document Drafting

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a food service location featuring in-store preparation and cooking of Subway products.
• Ensure freshness, proper handling, and consistent quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees.
• Manage inventory, reduce waste, and optimize labor while hitting KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee schedules and staffing during peak hours.
• Engage with customers and handle feedback.
