Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a food service or retail food environment.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance.
• Basic skills of Excel, Office, Outlook and Document Drafting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a food service location featuring in-store preparation of Subway products.
• Uphold Subway’s food craftsmanship and ensure items are freshly made and properly handled.
• Monitor food prep areas for cleanliness, organization and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train and mentor employees with emphasis on high-quality food service and customer engagement.
• Maximize store profitability through inventory control, food waste management and labor optimization.
