Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the store’s operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit and hire talent, and deliver superior guest experience.

You will lead day-to-day operations, train and develop the team, manage schedules, monitor payroll and expenses, and communicate company objectives while maintaining a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
• Availability to be on call 24/7.
