Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separation of employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive image within the community.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to all employees.
• Train employees on customer service, site image, and safety procedures.
• Establish clear communication channels and regular meetings with staff.
• Organize and maintain site files and reports, ensuring accurate, timely submission.
