Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Hire, coach and supervise associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program for new leaders.
