Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to have open availability and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees including assistants and customer service reps.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and store image.
• Manage scheduling within guidelines to maximize service and efficiency.
• Perform financial analyses, budgeting and profit monitoring to optimize store performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and professional appearance in the store.
