Job summary

Circle K in Powell, Ohio is seeking a part-time Store Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service and manage basic store operations. You will greet customers, handle transactions, maintain clean facilities, and assist with stocking and merchandising.

The role requires reliability, basic math skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers, scanners and beverage dispensers.
• Able to work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to communicate information clearly.
• Ability to perform the four arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave; offers suggestions.
• Rings up sales accurately and handles payments.
• Maintains store cleanliness and basic housekeeping.
• Completes build-to’s; maintains stock and signage.
• Controls cash, inventory and shop expenses; reports discrepancies.
• Maintains shift and timekeeping records; attends meetings as required.
