Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Store Manager for the Huntington Beach location. You will lead customer and associate experiences, coach your team, and drive a profitable store by focusing on customer experience, operations, visual standards and community engagement.

You will hire, train and develop staff, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure a welcoming environment for all customers and associates while delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience required.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and talent development ability.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and action plans.
• Action-oriented with ability to organize, delegate and meet deadlines.
