LOFT, a brand under KnitWell Group, is seeking a Store Manager for Store 1488 at Centerra in Loveland, CO. You will lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service in a welcoming store environment.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and a focus on omnichannel excellence, budgeting, and community engagement. Join a team focused on growth and exceptional customer experiences.

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines

• Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
