Montce is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager for our Miami Beach location. You will lead the store business, the team, and the client experience end to end, with a path to become Regional Manager within six months.

You’ll balance people leadership, sales strategy, visual execution, and operations while upholding the Montce vibe and brand standards. This role requires hands-on, results-driven leadership and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage visual standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve expected sales metrics for the store and team.
• Ensure completion of all operational tasks and tasks in the payroll cycle.
• Manage store schedule to optimize payroll while delivering excellent client experience.
• Foster an inclusive environment and belong/recognition for staff and clients.
• Recruit, hire, and train all roles within direct team.
• Collaborate with HR, Visuals/Merchandising, Events/PR, Production and Quality Control, Buying/Planning.
• Lead by example with Montce culture, ethics, and accountability.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct monthly performance evaluations.
