Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Provide ongoing leadership development and mentorship to team members.
