Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hiring, guiding associates, and driving financial and guest satisfaction goals.

External hires begin their leadership journey as Store Managers within our General Manager development path. We provide 12+ weeks of leadership training, a robust benefits package, and career growth opportunities within Panda Restaurant Group, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store staff through the Panda leadership training path toward GM readiness.
• Provide 12+ weeks of leadership training and complete required evaluations and a GM certification course (GO100).
• Ensure a high standard of guest experiences and adherence to company culture and standards.
