The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of retail management experience, is available nights, weekends and holidays, and can coach staff while maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth and a vibrant community within our four boutique locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of retail management experience.
• Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Available on weekends, with two weekends off per month.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Must climb step stools and ladders.
• Proficient with technology and store apps.

Responsibilities
