Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant retail management experience.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager in driving results through a strategic and multifaceted approach.
• Lead the sales floor in real time, directing team priorities, optimizing zoning and customer engagement, and consistently reinforcing Michael Kors Experience standards.
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and talent development, while driving accountability for direct reports.
• Execute and maintain exceptional sales floor presentation and brand standards by ensuring alignment with visual merchandising guidelines and flagship store expectations.
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Foster customer relationships through developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
