Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to lead our store team, drive superior retail strategies and deliver financial growth while upholding the brand's heritage.

You will direct operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences, using The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close. You will execute merchandising routines, manage inventory with RFID-enabled processes, and maintain appearance to Levi’s visual standards.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead store operations to meet sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service using The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Maintain store appearance and implement merchandising standards.
• Assist in pricing and replenishment; support RFID inventory processes.
• Ensure store safety, security, and loss prevention compliance.
