Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and set a positive example for the team.
• Maximise sales through client service excellence and brand presentation.
• Ensure superior client service, product knowledge and brand standards.
• Lead recruitment in line with diversity and inclusion vision.
• Develop a high-performing team with morale and collaboration.
• Identify succession paths for career growth with the Line Manager.
• Provide feedback and training in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain high Visual Presentation reflecting the brand directive.
• Oversee store operations, stockroom, and stocktakes per policy.
• Uphold health and safety policies and procedures.
• Manage rostering and timesheet creation.
