Job summary

BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team at our mall location, driving sales, customer service, and store operations. You’ll recruit, coach, and develop staff while focusing on performance and shrink control.

You’ll foster engagement and mentorship, delivering exceptional shopper experiences aligned with BoxLunch’s mission to fight hunger in the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience; led teams to success.
• 18 years or older to join the fandom force.
• High school diploma or GED; degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store achieves the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Maintain an operationally sound business with structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store vividly, launch promos on time.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build a bench of talent.
