• Achieve store sales plan and objectives, including comps.
• Recruit, develop and retain a collaborative team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media and clienteling.
• Maintain store operations with structured delegation and autonomy.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store by planograms and timely promos.
• Mentor and provide feedback to build bench strength.
