Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of retail store management experience, leading teams to success.
• Must be at least 18 years old to join the fandom.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store achieves sales plan and comp goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media, store apps, and clienteling.
• Maintain an operational balance of structure, delegation, and customer-first selling.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors affecting business.

• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
