Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Lancaster, PA is seeking a store manager for a seasonal pop-up. You will oversee the total operation to maximize sales and guest service, while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store to ensure smooth operations and profitability. Qualifications include minimum age 21 with a flexible schedule; prior retail management experience; and the physical demands of standing 8+

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; must have a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
