Spirit Halloween in Upland, CA seeks a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store and drive sales and profitability while delivering excellent guest services.

The role requires a minimum age of 21 with a flexible schedule and prior retail management experience. You will manage staffing, merchandising, shrink, inventory control, and the setup/teardown of the seasonal location.

• Minimum age 21 with a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience required
