Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager in Indianapolis to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will manage daily operations, train and develop staff, safeguard assets, and implement merchandising directions from corporate headquarters.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and retail management experience. You will engage with the community and ensure compliance with laws and company policies, while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong focus on results and relationship-building required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally).
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
