Family Dollar in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, support customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, safeguard assets, and implement merchandising directives from corporate headquarters.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, retail management experience, and a proven ability to build relationships with teammates and the community.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
