Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise associates, train staff, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies while aligning with corporate directives.

The role emphasizes results, leadership, and community involvement, with a focus on maintaining assets and fostering a supportive team environment across daily retail activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
