Job summary

Oasis Stop N' Go in Bellevue, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our full-time team. You will train under the store manager and support daily operations, covering in their absence and helping deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales with Passport, stocking beverages, depositing daily funds, and guiding team members. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old to sell alcohol.
• Minimum 3 months experience in customer service or equivalent retail.
• Background check.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Able to solve problems in challenging circumstances.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Occasionally requires lifting up to 50 pounds; frequently up to 25 pounds.
• Must be in physically good shape and able to stand during the entire work shift.
• Able to operate Passport cash register and count change.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits excellence in customer service, greeting and thanking customers.
• Report to work on time, neatly groomed and in uniform.
• Enter all sales in Passport at the time of sale.
• Brew coffee, prepare and stock other dispensed beverages and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the interior building including restrooms.
• Check-in vendor deliveries, ensuring all products invoiced are received.
• Complete and submit daily paperwork.
• Prepare and make daily deposits on the weekend, and when covering the store manager.
• Restock, face, and clean shelves and coolers. Verify no out-of-date merchandise exists.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the exterior building, fuel pumps, and parking lot.
• Complete daily manager site walks, monitoring the property for hazards.
• Prepare and stock fast food items. Learn hot and cold requirements.
• Attend store team meetings and contribute your concerns and ideas.
• Be flexible with changes, including rotating/exchanged shifts and extra hours in emergencies.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
