Job summary

Diamonds Direct is seeking a Store Manager for the Palm Beach Gardens, FL location. The role requires energetic leadership to drive sales, superb customer service, and active involvement on the sales floor to coach the team.

The candidate will manage employee schedules, train sales associates, and maintain inventory while representing the Diamonds Direct brand at events and functions. Prior jewelry retail management experience is preferred and a bachelor’s degree is required.
