EZCORP, Inc. in Indianapolis (EZPawn) is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates. You will negotiate pawn and sales transactions, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience, with competitive bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates will be organized, results-driven, and capable of building strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members while monitoring and appraising their results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to help Team Members achieve performance and career goals.
• Ensure store operations by scheduling and assigning Team Members and following up on results.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security measures.
• Market and display merchandise to meet store standards while ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• Comply with all legal requirements and maintain policies and procedures.
