Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• 1+ years experience in management, supervisory, or customer service.
• Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Work with customers to negotiate pawn and sales transactions.
• Drive revenue and control costs to deliver budgeted margins.
• Complete and oversee accurate sales and loan transactions.
• Mentor Team Members and conduct regular 1:1s and training.
• Support staffing and retention efforts.
