Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Fashion retail sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a healthy, structured environment for the sales team.
• Ensure the store opens and closes daily.
• Promote and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage daily transactions, inventory, and bank deposits.
• Guide and supervise staff to deliver consistent customer care.
• Plan and monitor staff schedules and timekeeping.
• Keep the store clean, orderly, and presentable to company standards.
• Communicate policies, procedures, or strategies to the team.
