Shoe Mill is looking for a part‑time Sales Associate for our bright and beautiful, high‑traffic store at Washington Square Mall. This is an in‑store position, dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable team and become an expert in footwear and foot health, sharing your knowledge with customers to provide the best level of service possible.

What We Offer

• Initial training rate of $17.00 per hour
• Upon completion of training, employees convert to 10% commissions on their personal sales, with a guaranteed hourly rate. Performance based with no cap on earnings.
