Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to lead on-the-floor operations with strong leadership and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves hiring, training, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent service while managing inventory and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree preferred, be comfortable with schedules, and be able to work 40 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Ability to hire, train, and supervise staff effectively.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, and operations coordination.
• Comfort with basic computer tools including SharePoint and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and act as point of contact for staff.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Analyze sales reports and implement growth strategies.
• Plan staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
