• Drive sales, increase efficiency, and maintain profitability by staffing and operations decisions.
• Assist with hiring, training, supervising team members, and act as second contact.
• Collaborate to maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Lead on-the-floor management and participate in management meetings.
• Coach and support team members, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
