Store Manager Opportunity

About the Role

  • As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: achieving sales and profit targets by driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations smoothly, ensuring effective merchandising and commercial presentation, and leading your team through recruitment, training, management, and development. Additionally, you will receive full training for ear piercing.

Qualifications - About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and a good understanding of mathematics.
  • Strong reading comprehension and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically.
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to operate POS systems.
