Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and staging, stocking, and pricing according to store directions.
• Manage inventory processes, including damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork and controls.
• Meet or exceed in-stock targets through prescribed ordering practices.
• Provide customer service leadership and act as a role model for procedures and policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing operations.
• Maintain cash accountability, key control, and security practices.
• Keep the store clean, well-stocked, and safe for customers and employees.
• Operate store in the manager's absence and review operating statements for trends.
