Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising, stocking, and pricing according to guidelines.
• Manage inventory processes, damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Contribute to in-stock performance and ordering practices.
• Provide customer service leadership and represent store policies effectively.
• Open and close store procedures and cash handling as needed.
• Monitor operating statements for sales trends, labor, and profitability.
• Complete paperwork and reporting in a timely manner.
