• Recruiting, interviewing, and training of store staff; compliance with laws.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities and training.
• Support merchandising, staging, stocking, and pricing according to store direction.
• Assist inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to hit in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and safe store environment.
• Maintain cash controls, keys, and security practices.
• Support store opening/closing and review operating statements for trends.
• Complete all required documentation on time.
