Reporting to the District Manager, you will attract top talent, coach your team, and maintain store standards while optimizing staffing and operations to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel retail with similar volume.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Use sales and market data to create action plans and achieve financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent individuals.
• Manage payroll and store expenses to increase profitability.
