gorjana is seeking a Store Manager in Leawood, KS to drive store performance, lead talent initiatives, and uphold exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards while engaging customers with product knowledge and passion for the brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexibility with nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and KPI performance in-store.
• Serve as brand ambassador and educate customers about the brand and products.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve performance.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling and exceptional service.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach both internal and external talent.
• Communicate initiatives clearly and motivate the team.
• Ensure brand visual standards and in-store presentation.
• Coordinate daily store operations and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Manage inventory with attention to detail per SOPs.

About The Role

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Your Day to Day May Include

• Sales Leadership
• Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
• Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and you are knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
• Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through customer clienteling

• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
• Effective in your communication style, and your messaging energizes and encourages others to want to work together
• Enjoy leading through collaboration, encouraging the team to share ideas and opinions, fostering accountability and trust
• Capable of clearly communicating new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner

Minimum requirements

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business, working nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
• Ability to work full time hours, with open availability

Compensation

• Salary range $75,000- $85,000 (range may vary based on experience)
