Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Store Manager in Utah to lead daily store operations and a customer-centric team. You will coach Pawnbrokers, recruit top talent, manage cash, loans, and inventory, and ensure financial goals are met while upholding asset protection.

Qualifications

2+ years of management and customer service experience in retail.
Store leadership duties including coaching, scheduling, and retail operations.

Recruit, train, and develop store staff to meet FirstCash standards.
Open/close store, manage cash and assets, and protect company assets.
Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
Drive profitability through budgeting, communication, and goal setting.
