Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Store Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. This exempt leadership role expects a flexible schedule, typically 40+ hours across five days, including weekends, to support business needs and drive performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales management experience.
• Strong problem solving for customer issues.
• Inventory, scheduling and merchandising aptitude.
